1.  Open Outlook Express.

 

 

    2.   Click on the 'Tools' menu, then click on 'Accounts'.

 

 3.  Click on the 'Mail' tab, then click on 'mail.cptnet.com' then click on 'Properties'.

 

4.    Under the 'General' tab, verify that the information is as listed below. 

 

5.    Under the 'Servers' tab, verify that the information is as listed below.

 

6.    Under the 'Connection' tab, verify that the information is as listed below.

 

After completing this process, press the 'Apply' button then 'OK'.
